We had a problem with our domestic heating boiler... Our contracted service provider messed around on numerous occasions, failed to cure the problem and charged us for every visit. Called Godiva in frustration. They came when they said they would. Did what they said they'd do (when others had failed to resolve the problem). And they subsequently responded without hesitation to resolve a hiccup that was not entirely of their own making.
Every member of the team was careful to protect carpets and furniture, extremely pleasant in the way they worked and - above all - they seemed to know what they were doing. It was a level of confidence that we'd not seen from other engineers attempting to restore our heating...
