We will fill and make good and internal or external holes created by removing the old boiler or pipework. No plastering or decorating is included in our service, but your home will be left clean and tidy.

Yes, all our ne boiler installations come with a warranty. As we are approved installers for most manufacturers, we receive a warranty for our customers from 7-10 years.
What is the best boiler choice for me?
The best boiler choice for you depends on a few different factors, including the size of your house, how many bathrooms you have and how many radiators you have. Combi boilers are more suited to smaller households with one bathroom. Whereas, conventional and system boilers are more suited to larger households with more than one bathroom and have space for a water cylinder.

This depends on the property layout, however, we would aim to have the installation completed in 1 day.
How often should I have a boiler service?
To keep your boiler running efficiently we recommend you have an annual boiler service, this will also help to avoid unnecessary boiler breakdowns and potentially costly repairs.
How do I know what type of make and model boiler I would need at my property?
We would visit your property and carry out a full site survey, after which we would be able to advise the best option for you for the type of house you have. Usually, this is determined by how many bathrooms, showers and radiators you have.

Yes, all of our engineers are fully DBS checked.
Are you gas safe registered?
All our engineers are fully gas safe registered and always work within current government regulations.
Do you offer same day call outs?
Yes, depending on your location we do offer same day call outs. We can often be with you in as little as 3 hours. For same day call outs, it is always advisable to phone us as we can deal with your call straight away.
How long does it take to fit a new boiler?
In most cases, a new domestic boiler can be fitted within a day so you won’t have to be without hot water or heating for any extended period of time. We work as efficiently as possible to get your new boiler up and running as quick as we possibly can.
